Todd has been deeply involved with food since he was a kid and started cooking as a teenager.

Cooking In the Twin Ports

He worked for several years at Rich Cuisine’s Wednesday Bakery in Superior, WI, making soups each week for its retail business. All recipes are his own, crafted and refined through research and experimentation. 

Todd also teaches cooking classes for the Blue Heron Trading Company in Duluth, MN, exploring the world of soups as well as cuisines of the world.

But his interest in food extends far beyond soup.

He’s also written about foods of the United States and the world for sites including USA Today,  eHow and Out & About Wisconsin.

When not cooking for friends and family, he can usually be found whipping up something in the kitchen. He has an excellent working knowledge of many cuisines and preparation techniques and can easily tailor a menu to your family’s tastes and needs.
